The French band Gablé plays at Thursday's InterSPOT concert at Train
The French band Gablé plays at Thursday's InterSPOT concert at Train
Thursday’s InterSPOT concerts at Train with Sophie Hunger (CH), Gablé (FR) and Montgomery (FR) will be a somewhat extraordinary experience. In between the concerts, journalists and camera crews from the French TV station ARTE will be filming and interviewing the audience. The results will be shown the same night at the French festival Art Rock, where Danish acts like Lucy Love and Oh No Ono are playing. Simultaneously, the Train audience will see clips from the French festival. All in all, an hour’s TV will be shown on the big screens at the venues.

InterSPOT project coordinator Christian Buhl is excited about the event.
- I’m really looking forward to this. It will be like a little window, through which the audience can wave at France. It is a great platform for us, he says.

The collaboration between InterSPOT and Art Rock Festival is a result of SPOT’s involvement in the European festival partnership De Concert. SPOT Festival joined the association in the autumn of 2009.
