Despite being accused of having released one of the most convincing debuts of 2008, Annika Aakjær   still managed to astound the critics once again when she released the follow-up “Missionær” this year. The lyrics take issue with modern-day phenomena like indifferent hippie wannabes and daydreamers, the Danish People’s Party and the thoughts of a suicide at the fatal moment.  Once again the redheaded songwriter got five-star reviews all over.
