Bjonko Stosic hails from Macedonia, but now he lives in Copenhagen. In 1990 he made his debut as a musician in Balkan band Cardak. Later he was in the Bosnian ensemble Bosna, but now he has embarked on his own project: Copenhagen Chalgija, which is currently among the hottest Balkan acts in Denmark. The debut was nominated for a WMA, and in 2008 the band played at the Ohrid Festival, where only the best Balkan bands get to play.
