Formerly known as Majorian, Scarlet Chives have been around the world. Their second EP was produced by the Englishman Paul Schroeder while the Canadian Tracy Maurice provided the cover art. They play alternative pop shoegazer rock with a female singer and gentle keyboards. In 2008 that cocktail earned them the victory in LiveContest and subsequently brought them to the Pavilion Junior stage at Roskilde, where their gig kicked off the festival that year.
